If staff forget to clock out, the system will continue to record their hours starting from the time they originally clocked in.
When the staff member attempts to clock in for their next shift, the staff member will need to clock out first before they clock in.
For clock in times that span more than 24 hours, the timesheets page will cut the shift into 24 hour periods. The time clock report will always show the full amount of hours from clock in to clock out, regardless of the duration.
To correct the mistake of not clocking out, the staff member or their manager will need to amend the timesheet to the correct hours worked. The time clock report cannot be amended.
